David Gruson and Véronique Roger, co-Chairs of the Cercle des Décideurs Numérique & Santé

David Gruson and Véronique Roger have been named 2019 co-Chairs of the Cercle des Décideurs Numérique & Santé think tank. David Gruson has been appointed to lead reflections in France and Véronique Roger reflections internationally.

David Gruson is a doctor of law in the field of healthcare and a member of the board of directors of the Health Chair at Sciences Po Paris. He is also the founder of the Ethik-IA initiative, which aims to deploy positive regulatory tools for the deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) and health robotization.

Véronique Roger is a Professor of Epidemiology (since 2006) and Medicine (since 2002) at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine & Science (Minnesota, USA). She has also been the Medical Director of the US clinic’s Center for the Science of health care delivery since 1991. She previously worked in France as Assistant Clinical Chief of Hospital in the Cardiology Department of the Tenon Hospital (AP-HP), in Paris (1988-1990).

This co-chairing is supported by Grégory Katz and Laurent Degos, former presidents of the Circle, but also by Sandrine Degos, founder of the think tank and president of Care Insight , and Cécile Lagardère, partner of Care Insight.
